PACE Junior Science Colleges has fundamentally transformed science education in Maharashtra, setting new standards of excellence by consistently producing Board Exam Toppers and excelling in competitive exams such as IIT-JEE, NEET, and International Olympiads.
This remarkable journey began with the visionary leadership of IIT Alumnus, Mr. Praveen Tyagi (B.Tech, IIT Delhi), whose mission was to provide students with unparalleled academic mentorship and empower them to achieve their highest potential.
In 2010, recognizing the urgent need for quality science education, Mr. Tyagi took a groundbreaking step by securing the Maharashtra State Government’s approval to establish PACE Junior Science Colleges—an achievement that was unprecedented at the time for an institution of its kind.
Since then, PACE has rapidly expanded across nine campuses, attracting the brightest minds from ICSE, CBSE, and State Boards, and offering them a world-class educational experience.
Our distinguished alumni have gone on to secure placements at some of the most renowned institutions globally, including the IITs, Stanford, Harvard, MIT, and others. Additionally, PACE College students have earned India’s respect by winning numerous International Olympiad medals, further cementing the institution’s legacy of academic excellence.

In the bustling city of Mumbai, where students spent hours each day shuttling between college lectures and coaching classes, frustration was common. Bright young minds, eager to excel in JEE, NEET, and board exams, found themselves caught in a relentless cycle of travel, scheduling conflicts, and back-to-back exams.
Mr. Praveen Tyagi saw this struggle firsthand. He met students drained by the constant juggling of college and coaching schedules, missing crucial concepts in one class while preparing for an exam in another. The system, instead of nurturing talent, was exhausting it.
That’s when an idea took root—why not create a single institution that seamlessly integrated college education with top-tier coaching? A place where students could focus on learning without the burden of managing two separate academic lives.
In 2010, PACE Junior Science College was established, launching its first six campuses in Andheri, Borivali, Dadar, Powai, Thane, and Nerul. It was a one-stop solution, designed to ensure that students received high-quality education, synchronized learning, and structured preparation for both board exams and competitive tests under one roof.
Fifteen years later, PACE colleges has not only fulfilled but exceeded expectations, shaping the futures of thousands. With an unwavering commitment to excellence, they continue to be a place where students’ aspirations turn into achievements.
In an era where technological advancements are reshaping every aspect of our lives, students who possess both a deep understanding of technology and a strong foundation in mathematics and science will inevitably lead the way.
The PACE ecosystem is committed to grooming students with a clear vision, empowering them to realize their fullest potential.
For every student who joins our community, PACE Junior Science Colleges is more than just an educational institution—it becomes a second home, where they are treated as family, nurtured in an environment of care, and driven to achieve greatness.
